Katherine Dowler

Katherine joins in2HR from an extensive HR and franchising background and has worked for global names including Komatsu and Adidas. Most recently she was the HR Consultant for a successful global Franchisor, where she was supporting a portfolio of approximately 2000 employees across New Zealand.


Paul Carr

Paul comes from an extensive HR and Training Management background specializing in Retail. Paul has partnered with some of the big retail brands in his career such as The Warehouse Group, Foodstuffs, Resene and most recently at BP NZ managing the business learning and organisational development needs of over 2000 retail and corporate employees.
