When we first met Anne-Marie, she was incredibly busy working in her business and had little time to spend with her family.
We conducted a review of her employment practices and also spoke to the team to get a state of the nation on how they were feeling about Anne-Marie and the business in general. It’s tough for anyone to receive feedback from staff but Anne-Marie was very brave about it and took it all on the chin. As a result of the feedback she made a number of changes in the operation and running of the pharmacies.
One year down the track, Anne-Marie has a high performing loyal team behind her and is able to step back from the day to day operations giving her more time to enjoy doing the things that she loves.
