in2HR is operated by one of the best in the business. Thai-Anh Cooper (nee Tran) has an extensive background in HR recruitment, HR franchising and HR consultation. From Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services, to HR Consultant and People Audit management with McDonald's NZ, Thai- Anh's knowledge is supported with over 14 years’ experience in corporate HR.
Also with past experience as the owner/operator of Knuckle Sandwich Cafes, Thai-Anh not only understands the pressure associated with getting your HR procedures right, she fully understands the pressure of being a small business/franchise owner.
Katherine Dowler / HR Consultant
Katherine joins in2HR from an extensive HR and franchising background and has worked for global names including Komatsu and Adidas. Most recently she was the HR Consultant for a successful global Franchisor, where she was supporting a portfolio of approximately 2000 employees across New Zealand.
Katherine is passionate about HR and enjoys helping Managers to achieve the best out of their people.
Paul Carr / HR Consultant
Paul comes to us from an extensive HR and Training Management background specializing in Retail. Paul has partnered with some of the big retail brands in his career such as The Warehouse Group, Foodstuffs, Resene and most recently at BP NZ managing the business learning and organisational development needs of over 2000 retail and corporate employees.
Paul sees himself as an HR and Training specialist in the Retail space. He enjoys assisting and coaching business owners and managers on best people practices so that they are equipped with the right tools in order to get the most of out of their people and be great employers.
